We have set this up but are finding that only a full scan is returning assets. An incremental scan is not returning any assets, even though chats are occurring in ChatGPT. Additionally, full scans are only picking up assets on the 1 date chosen. It isn't a true full scan. We have a support case but haven't been able to get much traction with them yet.
Interested to see if there was any resolution for you? We are having the same issue and I was about to start a support ticket but found this post first.
Michael - No resolution yet. We have provided support with many logs but haven't received anything useful in terms of a resolution. We have been told it has been escalated to the product team. I recommend that you open a case, but don't expect a quick resolution - we are at 2 weeks so far.
