Fall Update: Document Tracking, MFA, Android support, and ‘Non-admin’ install options

Can I apply a sensitivity label that prompts for MFA when a document is opened using RMS technology?

I am trying to figure out how to do this.

I have created a sensitivity label called "Prompt for MFA". I created a Conditional Access policy that prompts for MFA on Microsoft Azure Information Protection.

Can I marry the two together (the label and the action) somewhere so that when a document opens (from an email/USB/company computer/personal computer/wherever) that it prompts for authentication with MFA prompt before opening the file and only allows users who have been designated access?
