First off, thank you for adding this feature. I'm in the military and deployed to a country which locks down a lot of sites/content on the internet. This allows me to browse pretty much unhindered.
However, it would be better if I could at least choose to originate from a server within the U.S., rather than the closest one to me. Some services that I use are still inaccessible from outside of the U.S.
Another useful feature would be to allow me to toggle the VPN on/off quickly. I currently have to open the app and then toggle the VPN on or off. I know this isn't super inconvenient, but it would be much nicer/easier if I could click on an icon in the Windows taskbar or Android menu (or a widget) that quickly enables/disables the VPN. This is because the wifi I use requires periodic login. Any network that requires some sort of portal login or TOS agreement to use it will cause this problem if the VPN is turned on, so it would be easiest for me to quickly turn it off, authenticate with the local network, and then turn it back on.
