Will Microsoft ever provide a WORKING utility to open .RPMSG files? 

I cannot recommend any of Microsoft's Azure, AIP, Outlook, Outlook OWA, MS Exchange related encryption schemes, because they do simply not work straight out the box.   I am going back to other encryption schemes, from PGP, to AES 256, 1024, to whatever else is out there on the market.  It is difficult to explain to the recipient how to install and work a particular program, but nothing is more difficult and more unexplained than whatever Microsoft offers.  The Microsoft support on this issue is particularly inept and has no concept at all of what the "average user" is able to understand and work with.  The unwillingness of MSFT support to explain clearly "what it means" by certain terms, and "where and how" specific items are to be entered, in what sequence, is particularly galling.  Microsoft can ban me all it wants, but my perspective is valid for millions. Microsoft, you are outnumbered, and give up, give in and start being decent.  Thank you!
