Good Morning,

New to MS Information Governance.  I have a question on the licensing.  Article states that all users/admins would need to have an E5 license for this to work.  Currently I have an E5 and users have an E3.  I was able to create the Adaptive scopes and it populated the users that were specified in the query.  If I were to use the queries in Retention Polices, would they work?
