Is it me or is the 'https://learn.microsoft.com/entra/id-governance/privileged-identity-management/groups-role-settings#on-activation-require-microsoft-entra-conditional-access-authentication-context' GA since 2023? 
If i misunderstand it, please ellaborate on this. Because i cannot find exactly What is now GA then.
