Marcos Carot , Matthias Held did you receive any information? As far as we were able to work out, the Administrator has to cancel all subscriptions, delete the Azure AD as described in this article.

Afterwards Microsoft has the following deletion time line:

  • 30 days for user and data
  • 145 days automatic deletion of whole organisation/tenant
