Am I really the first to comment on this? seems a bit odd.

Is this page still relevant (it says updated in 2018) as I cant seem to find this within our Azure? We are trying to find an option whereby a user only needs to provide MFA for a device as a whole (say a Windows 10 laptop) and then NOT be asked to authenticate for every app on that device separately (until the days to remember period is up of course).
