🙌 We value your feedback

Earlier this year, we launched our first Microsoft Entra blog reader survey. Nearly 50 people took the time to give us feedback, and 94% were satisfied with our content. We also received helpful feedback about what types of articles are preferred, the roles our readers hold, and both positive and critical feedback. THANK YOU!

We'll use your feedback to continue to serve you helpful information and keep you up-to-date with Microsoft Entra.  An overview of the survey results is below.

🌟 Product information is valued most highly

In the survey, readers were asked about which types of Microsoft Entra blog articles are most interesting, and unsurprisingly, news about the product solutions is at the top of the stack. We'll use this preference, combined with viewership trends, to continue sharing relevant information.

📌 Readership is primarily technical practitioners for identity and access management

  • 62% are identity practitioners, showing a strong base of hands-on users.
  • Many practitioners also identify as Decision Makers, indicating they influence or make strategic decisions.
  • 38% of readers who took the survey are Microsoft partners
  • A smaller but notable group also plays roles in influencing others, partnering with Microsoft, or writing professionally about Entra.

📚 Reading Habits

  • Many readers consume 3–4 or 5+ blog posts per month, showing strong engagement.

📈 Overall Sentiment

  • The sentiment is largely positive, with constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the blog’s value for technical and strategic audiences.
