Hi Robin, An elderly neighbour ( 80+) saw a news report regarding these changes and is now concerned that she might be losing access to her password and account. Does microsoft have any user friendly guidelines regarding these changes to assisst elderly clients that may not have the tecnological capability to understand what action they need to take.
