SMTP AUTH with basic authentication is going to be blocked.

My MFP printers/scanners currently use SMTP AUTH to send their emails. This will go away.

Luckily, you can us OAuth2 from the MFP to send the mails.

However, this uses device code flow, and is blocked by the MS-managed CA policy that I can't add any exclusions to (I can, but they are ignored).

So this was going to be the answer to one deprecation of protocol/authentication/etc, but it fell prey to the other.

What do I do now?
