Introducing a New Flexible Way of Bringing Identities from Any Source into Microsoft Entra ID!

I'm interested to here how this solution deals with scenarios relating to non-unique usernames/email addresses. From an initial investigation it seems that there's nothing built in which could achieve this. If accounts use their unique HR identifier as their username/email then obviously this won't be an issue but for John.Smith scenarios some programming logic looks like it's required.
