lauraviarengoI am sorry but I don't believe you. I tried to work with Entra ID support directly through several tickets. The best response I got was "You can't do that" or "It's not in our roadmap". I was misled to think this would at least replace B2C and made the terrible choice of building something based on it. NO custom policies, Native authentication is crippled. Branding through the CSS template breaks sign-in if you try anything but change colors. The CSS classes are limited to a tiny portion of the login experience. On its best day, it feels like an Anpha product. I have several Azure services and couldn't be more disappointed, I regret not going with Auth0 or Clerk.
As incredible as it is to say this, B2C is a much better product then Entra ID External Identities at the moment. Yes it's a pain working with the XML policies but it does at least work and it is flexible. Either way, for most people right now Auth0 or Clerk, etc are better options.
