Hi,

 

We are having issues with this as if we turn off totally (following the instructions that all cloud apps must be selected and no additional context should be set ) but still having issues with mobile phones.

I can see that Partially supported the mobile devices but not sure what that means and the matrix also a bit complicated.

 

Do you have any advice how to turn this off fully?
