Alex, B2B guest accounts appear to be hidden from the GAL when created.  In a situation where a parent company has two child companies in different O365 tenants and they want to have a unified GAL as well as perform the other functions that B2B supplies, would it be advisable to unhide the guest accounts from the GAL rather than using something like FIM (GALSync)?  Is there a way to create the guest accounts not hidden by the GAL?
