Hey Alex, great writeup.  This leads me to believe that AzureAD is the authoritative source.  However, some environments, would not allow more than a one way trust.  In other words, we would want our main provisioning environment to drive entitlements and licensing from perhaps an on-premises perspective and not the other way around.  Is this planned in the supported integration?
