For SuccessFactors and Workday, Microsoft has an out of the box solution to do HR driven provisioning to AD/Azure AD.

For all other HR systems of record (Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG, Ceridian, ...) Aquera has an out of the box solution for do provisioning to AD/Azure AD.
