A Microsoft and Adobe customer has been following the steps documented in your blog for sometime. However, a few weeks ago, the process stopped working for the company's employees. Employees following these steps would receive a message stating that admin consent was required. When the Global Admin attempted to grant permission, the OAuth 2.0 protocol would present a blank screen with a generic error message. The customer utilized the Fiddler Web Debugger Tool but was unable to identify a more detailed error message in order guide the problem solving process.
I have been unable to find any information which would help inform my problem solving.
