this still shows up in our Signin logs, even after August 2025 Update 17.14.14 
i´d like to block "Windows Azure Service Management API" via a CA-Policy due to an issue of the entra.mircosoft.com for a regular user but i can´t exclude "Visual Studio" in CA-Policy like you can do it with "Microsoft AppSource" as it´s not selectable
