Sorry but I found this difficult to understand. Would've been good to have some pics of the so-called 3 files, and how they relate to each other. Also it seems like you need a fourth file for excluded IDs? I also think it would've been easier just showing us how to set it up vanilla (block all removable storage), then show how to create an exclusion at the end.
