Just a head's up, the WinGetGui project doesn't appear to have been updated since May 2020, so it might not work anymore without fixing stuff to work with the new manifest format if it did work before. Tried it myself a while back but it didn't seem to work then. I'd probably recommend something like HandyWinGet or guinget (note: I developed guinget, so this particular recommendation is biased) instead. There are also a few other GUIs I've seen but don't remember their names off the top of my head, but one was mainly in French and used Material Design, which was pretty cool.
