IT_Nick actually my migration went peacefully. I was doing the same in test env and had copied the backup. Even though name etc were same but guid for templates and domain guid was different which possibly was causing this. 

 

In actual environment, this happens to be non-issue. I needed to restore templates by re-publishing them but apart from that no other issues came.
