One comment, I was unable to run:
PowerCfg /Set 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c
as mentioned in your text (I believe you meant /SetActive), but instead had to run what you showed in the screenshot:
PowerCfg /S 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c
Another issue was that I was getting a CanPool for each drive of False. I came across https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/fd811772-a634-4dde-9a48-569bd40168e8/storage-space-error-all-drives-canpool-false-quotinsufficient-capacityquot. These were old disks and so I did a "clean" and "Reset-PhysicalDisk" on each of them, but only got them to show True after a reboot of the machine (like was mentioned in the link).
