Microsoftianlee74 Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC will remain having a 10 year lifecycle as mentioned in the blog and the guidance for the release date is still the same as of right now. We have previously communicated in blogs and as well in roadmap sessions that IoT Core and IoT Enterprise are merging and the upcoming LTSC release this fall is a combo of IoT Core+IoT Enterprise. IoT Core 1809 however will remain available and serviced through 2029 when used with IoT Core Services: Explore Windows 10 IoT Core Services | Microsoft Azure
