By "application-level batching" I mean the batching that you would do before calling the SDK's SendEventAsync() method.
Something like this:
messages --> application_level_batching() --> batch message --> SendEventAsync() --> edgeHub
I did NOT use the SendEventBatchAsync(), although it's wired in my code for future tests.
