The Roadmap points here ... Sorry really confused.
Is there a new feature being released in Nov 2023? what is it?
HOPEFULLY it will be that Answers- (Acronyms/Bookmarks etc) will actually work at Hub level scope. 
The current situation is that you can have Hub Level search or Bookmarks but you can't have both, or you have to train all your users to click extra buttons and understand the way MS understands information architecture ("you lost me at extra click").

SharePoint: Scoping Control for SharePoint Online

Scoping control is available for SP page, site, list and library, for users to search faster with specified scope.
