On September 26, 2024 (Pacific Time) the Logic Apps Product Group will host a full day of learning where you will be the star! The Logic Apps Aviators Day is a free event driven by Microsoft, for anyone who wants to learn more about Logic Apps and how it can help to solve real life integration problems. In this full-day event, we will deep-dive into many aspects of Logic Apps with sessions from both Microsoft team and community. And we are looking for sessions of all types and lengths, from beginning to advance, from short demos to full sessions, and from patterns and practices to real life scenarios.

You can add it to your calendar by registering at the event page at the Reactor or just go to You Tube event page and set a reminder!

Transitioning from Pro to Low Code with Azure Logic Apps Cameron McKay The development world is changing and there is an increased focus on low code. How does a traditional pro code developer fit into this world? This talk explores how to leverage the knowledge, skills and patterns of a pro code developer in the low code environment of Azure Logic Apps.

Examples in this talk focus on how to translate pro code habits and patterns of writing maintainable, readable, testable and reusable code in the Azure Logic Apps low code environment.

We will have discussions and demos that show parallels between source code that pro code developers would write and how that translates into a low code environment. Some specific examples are:  "Try, Catch, Finally", "Single Responsibility Principle", "Testing", "Parallelism", "Code organization", "Naming conventions", "Inline Code", ".NET Custom Code" and; "Input validation".
