    Hi

    In a BizTalk 2020 Installation with RosettaNet Accellerator i got next error when i execute Btarnconfig.exe /? from appropriate folder.

    error: Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "StringResources.resources"
    was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "BtarmConfig" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable
    and fully signed.

     

    How can i solve it?
