My c# win forms and service are using the same code and work... My asp.net application didn't???? It was running 4.8 but targeting 4.5... Good fix there, well done ahmetmithat . Was negotiating 1.0 and the site wants 1.3... Now they start at 1.3 and settle on 1.2, but still no cert in the httpwebrequest as in the form or service.... Wireshark shows it passing a cert but not in code just inside asp.net. Looked at logging and there is a 302 that stands out...
