Shekhar I'd also like to know if this is possible with MS Teams as the client instead of web chat.  I assume so, but it would be nice to have a confirmation.  Our company is looking at doing this to lock down security for some of our big enterprise clients. Confirming or denying would be very helpful.   Thanks!!
