You need to set a very simple redirect, from a specific location on your IIS web site or application, to a new URL? Then place this very simple default.aspx page at that location; in most of the case...

5 years later, this is very useful, thanks. I knew there had to be a way to do it.
The IIS URL rewrite module fails on domain redirects because it can't provide a cert and browsers complain before the redirect occurs.
This works perfectly.
