I am trying to reinstall IIS on Win10 because of a "requestQueueDelegetorIdentity" error (row 126, value null...) opening Sites or Pools from Management Console, so I incurred exactly in the scenario you are solving, and in fact following your directions I was able to reinstall IIS... but after reinstallation I am still having the original problem: seems like I didn't reinstall from scratch the IIS service.

Any help?
