I find it surprising that Dynamic compression compresses all files irrelevant of size.
This negates the whole option in my opinion, when my 20 byte files are compressed to 400 bytes etc etc. My overall page load times are worse with Dynamic compression than without it.
Can Microsoft not have the Dynamic code also use the "minFileSizeForComp" that Static does - this would make perfect sense.
Until we can have a minimum file size setting for Dynamic compression I can't see this being usable in any production environment and it puts IIS a long way behind competing web server technology which have this option already.
