How to use SPNs when you configure Web applications that are hosted on Internet Information Services

So now that AD blocks trying to duplicate SPNs (not that it ever should have worked properly before if Kerberos is working properly since SPNs were always supposed to be unique for exact lookups of security principals by SPNs) what is the new guidance for the stuff described up in the area where this command is given?

Setspn –S HTTP/NETBIOS_NAME_OF_IIS_SERVER domain\username
