daldea You can collect Network Traces for a maximum of 1h using the REST API endpoint (Web Apps - Start Network Trace - REST API (Azure App Service) | Microsoft Learn).

You will need to use URI parameter "durationInSeconds" like .../sites/{name}/startNetworkTrace??durationInSeconds={durationInSeconds}.

From Microsoft Support it is possible to collect Network Traces for a longer period.
