I'm still unable to use the Teams plugin on Stream Deck XL. 

 

I have downloaded MS Teams (Mac) from the Microsoft website, and it installed version 1.6.00.17554 and Developer Preview is always ticked/enabled. It's installed on my personal laptop and the profile being used is my work account, not personal.

 

The API Key generated from MS Teams is recognised by Stream Deck profile correctly, there are no padlocks, but during a meeting the stream deck buttons for teams stay purple, not coloured and unresponsive.

 

MS Teams Developer Preview option is impossible to disable and I'm unable to maintain a version of MS Teams that others are using who claim the Stream Deck plug-in is working for them.

 

Is there anyone using MS Teams Mac version 1.6.00.17554, using a business profile, and their Teams plugin is working correctly on their stream deck?
