Transforming Strategic Marketing & Analytics with Microsoft 365 Copilot

For todays post we have two videos for you that demonstrate the power of leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Chat with GPT-5, and AI Agents, for Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Productivity, & Creative Work. As part of work with a customer I was asked to deliver some in-depth work around the use of these Copilot technologies and prompts that would help across a range of use cases. "Write for me a series of useful prompts that can be used in Microsoft 365 Copilot to extract information related to strategic Marketing and Analytics. Prompts in this group focus on leveraging AI for strategic insights, analytics, and decision-making in marketing. They are about extracting value from data, improving competitive intelligence, and supporting sales and marketing strategy. Categorize the prompts into 3 sections. The first section should be for prompts from Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The second section should be prompts optimized for Microsoft 365 Chat with Chat GPT5 enabled. The third section should be for prompts optimized for use in the Microsoft 365 Copilot Researcher agent and for the Microsoft 365 Copilot Analyst Agent. Specific areas to address with the prompts include: Adobe Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analysis of Sales Materials, Competitive Intelligence, Preparation for Sales Meetings. Their prompts are about: Image Adjustments-Automate removing backgrounds from headshots and resizing images, Status Updates-Streamline the manual process of crafting weekly status updates for stakeholders, General Colleague Productivity-Self-evaluation during performance management by mining Outlook emails for successes and milestones, Meeting Summaries-Generate meeting summaries, Workfront-Process automation, capacity planning, customized workplans, calendar integration, workload trend analysis, and project/meeting summaries based on Workfront data, Creative-Photo editing, image review, generating on-brand copy and visuals, creating meta data for webpages, and reviewing new designs for consistency.
