MicrosoftIf your admin has enabled the Facilitator agent and hasn’t blocked it, it should appear. I’ve seen it show up in different places, some users find it in the calendar section at the top right, where there’s a camera-style icon that opens a Facilitator pop-up. Others access it through the "+" button, like I showed in my video. Just make sure Facilitator is approved for your tenant and that Teams public preview is turned on.
Why is it showing up in different places? For me, it's from the camera style icon.
Microsoftdavedres at the moment I don't know why. Most users have it available in the camera icon, like you. Not sure why mine showed up on the "+", but I am glad it is showing up for you!
