Hi Erin. I am assuming by conditional access you mean based upon device, etc. Microsoft today provides for a layered approach to conditional access based on requirements. Primary are Intune/EMS Conditional Access and Azure Directory Conditional Access. Take a look at these two links and let me know if they are what you are looking for.
