We have been a member of the Hardware program at Microsoft for over a decade, signing our drivers through the Partner portal. We recently updated our EV Certificate for signing drivers and the Partner portal appears to have a broken link to update our EV Certificate. This link in the portal to update the certificate simply returns you to the portal page and does not allow you to update your EV Certificate. We would appreciate it if Microsoft could fix this link: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=829460
