However, i think there are some areas that need to be improved. Your article only really covers reports and semantic models. As i'm sure you're aware there are issues with other Fabric items such as warehouses and pipelines, and even lakehouses. For example, if there was a warehouse that had a view that pointing to a lakehouse in the same workspace, when that warehouse is deployed, it fails. It fails because it's linked to a lakehouse in a different workspace. There is a similar experience with pipelines that reference warehouses and lakehouses. You cannot create deployment rules in the Deployment Pipeline experience to repoint to the appropriate items, like you can with notebooks.
It feels like this was completely missed by the product team. The UI is not ready for the number of items that engineers are working with. We are having to resort to workarounds or learning how the REST APIs work or even learning how to write YAML to get this to work.
