GuillaumeB and suchintya:

V-order can only be implemented using Fabric engines. However, it is recorded and can be seen in the history of the v-ordered tables (even from Databricks). Please refer to this link for more details

Regarding supporting Unity Catalog managed tables in Fabric, it will be available in the future but no roadmap has been released for the feature yet.
