This was great for identifying resources for cleanup via declutter or even cost savings, I did notice one thing that it misidentifies which is Load Balancers. 

 

For an LB it marks any that have no backend pools, however for things like D365, it has no backend pools and just uses NAT rules, so those are flagged as false positives.  Something for people to be cognizant of before blowing away everything in the workbook report.
