Azure Data Factory CI/CD with GitHub Actions

Hello, thank you for the detailed explanation of the process, this worked like a breeze, but when I try to use a pre saved parameter file instead of over riding the parameters in the default parameter file, it fails saying that unable to parse the parameter file. I just used the parameter file from the arm templet export by over riding the values to the target environment, but for some reason its not able to parse it. but if we use the default file and over ride the parameters in step 10 it works fine. any thoughts?
