🚀 Smart load balancing for OpenAI endpoints and Azure API Management

I have a question about how the APIM internal cache works for the "listBackends" key when you have multiple load balanced models on the same APIM instance targeting different combinations of backends for different model types and versions across different regional combinations.

Would those "listBackends" keys step on each other and causing issues, or would each API have its own "listBackends" key cache data in the APIM internal cache without any problems?

Basically, I'm trying to understand if there would be any internal caching problems by having multiple API's with this configuration in the same APIM instance utilizing different backend target configurations?
