Hi ,

 

I just ran into the same if not similar issue. I have a 5 node failover cluster WinServer 2016 . I have 3 volumes in the cluster. Today the cluster started to wobble and i notice it complained about cluster service issues. After much reading the logs i noticed for some reason it complained about high I/O on one volume which is causing the node to go in an isolate and heal itself. 

I logged a call with my storage vendor and will update this post to see if the issue is application or hardware related .
