THREE REQUESTS:
1: I have had nothing but client complaints about the REPLY, REPLY TO ALL and FORWARD "graphic/icon" buttons in OWA 2010. If you would change back to the 2007 OWA TEXT buttons, it would improve the layout and feel of the product.
2: I would LOVE to see the new Office 2010 Web Apps function through Exchange 2010 so that files could be edited and saved back to the network. Do you know if that is being worked on?
3: MS Tech's tell me DOCUMENTS is coming in SP1 and that is a good thing because it is a major feature for 3 of my 5 Exchange customers (and I about to sell another customer on Exchange based solely on that feature). It is not a heavily used Exchange option in industry because most IT staff are unaware of it. DOCUMENTS provides a secure back door to file shares during emergencies. I even have one customer who allows their outside sales staff to source forms ONLY via OWA because they are (obviously) read only and because they don't have to give these "less trusted staff" VPN access (and IT time!).
