How would it work with calendar invites or responses where the organizer seems to replace the mail from when exhibit in the recipient Outlook? For example: user@accepteddomain.com send a meeting invite to user@remote.com; the outbound agent rewrite user@accepteddomain.com to user@acceptedExternal.com; when the user@remote.com lookup the sender (header from field), it shows up user@accepteddomain.com - because this is what the organizer attribute value of that invite is. Is possible to control this behavior to make it consistent to the email addresses getting rewritten?
- Hello Robert, the meeting request is actually part of the body of the email and not the header. The address rewrite only updates the header of the email- https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996806.aspx#What . So the information like Organizer or the information inside iCal attachment are not changed and is not possible to control with Edge Address Rewrite Agent.
