Thank you for your recent comment on the ESU program. I wanted to seek some clarification regarding our specific situation. Our customer is a bank, and they can now see Exchange SE in their Open Value Agreement. They are concerned about the need for a six-month ESU, as their support will end on October 14, 2025.
In our country, there is no direct Microsoft presence, and all Microsoft business is managed by a Commercial Distributor and CSP in Direct Provider. The customer’s new hardware is scheduled to arrive in December, and they plan to upgrade to SE on the new hardware in January 2026. Therefore, they are worried about the period from October to January.
Could you please provide some guidance on how we can address this concern?
