What's New in the Exchange Management Console for Exchange Server 2010 - Part 1

It is a good and informative blog.
I have been looking for the confirm answer related to Archiving.
When we create an archive mailbox do we have an option to create that archive mailbox on different database or entirely different server?
By defaul where this archive mailbox will be created?
